摘    要:本文采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对矿石中的砷、锑、铋进行测定,对样品溶解方法和共存元素对检测结果的影响情况进行了讨论,并选择了最佳仪器测定参数和各元素的最佳谱线。此法在选定的谱线条件下基体效应较小,各元素之间没有明显干扰。此法砷的检出限为0.013μg/mL,锑的检出限为0.018μg/mL,铋的检出限为0.015μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.60%~3.92%。使用该法分析标准物质和实际样品,分析结果与认定值和其他常规方法测定值一致。此法方便,快捷,适用于大批次矿石中砷、锑、铋的直接检测。

Abstract:In this paper,an ICP-AES method for the determination of As,Sb and Bi in ores is proposed.The sample preparation method and the interference of co-exist element are discussed.The optimal working parameter of equipment and the optimal analytical lines are selected.The matrix effect of this method is small,and there is no remarkable interference between tested elements.Under optimal working conditions,the detection limits of this method are As:0.013μg/ mL,Sb:0.018μg/mL,Bi:0.015μg/mL,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)is 0.6~3.9%.This method is used to analyze reference materials and actual samples.The results are in good agreement with the certified values and those obtrained by other determination methods.This method is easy and fast,suitable for the detection of As,Sb and Bi in batch ores.
