摘    要: 摘要:本文针对包钢生产的U71Mn高速轨钢中氮含量偏高的问题,研究了氮含量对钢质的影响、氮含量在各工位的分布以及影响氮含量的因素。研究表明,随着钢中氮含量的上升,钢轨的断裂韧性下降。通过将增碳剂由沥青焦改为无烟煤,钢中的氮含量得到有效的控制。

Abstract:Aiming at resolving the issue of higher nitrogen content of U71Mn high speed rail steel produced by BaoGang Group, a few of questions were studied here. They include effort on steel quality of nitrogen content, distribution of nitrogen content and factors affecting nitrogen content. The result shows that with the increasing of steel nitrogen content, the fracture toughness of rail steel decreased. Finally, nitrogen content of steel is effectively controlled by changing asphalt coke to anthracite used as earburant.
