 摘 要 本文建立了钢坯在步进梁式加热炉中加热过程的温度模型，采用控制容积法建立钢坯截面的二维传热数学模型，最终预报钢坯横截面温度分布随加热时间的变化规律。炉气与钢坯表面的换热方式主要考虑辐射传热，用Matlab语言编写了温度场的计算机程序。以宽厚板轧机钢坯加热炉“黑匣子”温度测试数据为基础对钢坯温度进行模拟，将模拟温度与实测温度对比后证明模型预报精度较高，基本满足预报要求。

Prediction of Internal Temperature of Slab During Reheating and Experimental Validation
