H型钢轧后控制冷却温度场及轧制过程轧制力模拟

摘    要:借助ANSYS有限元软件,计算了H型钢轧后控制冷却阶段温度场的变化,与实验数据对应良好。并对H型钢横向及纵向某些节点温度变化进行了分析。最后计算得到腹板、倒角、腿部外侧及腿外侧中部的平均温度随时间的变化曲线,轧制力模拟结果与现场数据吻合,误差不超过10%,验证了模型的正确性。

Abstract:Thermal filed distribution of H-beam in controlled cooing process has been obtained by the finite element method. And roiling force in rolling process has also been obtained. They are fit well with experimental statistic. Finally the curve of average temperatures is obtained in different positions versus time.
