摘    要:差分式离子迁移谱是一种新的离子迁移谱技术,近年来在痕量化学物质检测方面得到了广泛应用。但是为了优化参数,进一步提高性能,差分式离子迁移谱的离子传输机制还有待进一步研究。建立了一种用数值模拟来研究差分式离子迁移谱的数学模型。基于Simion离子透镜模拟软件,模拟了离子在平板式DMS中的运动轨迹和规律,研究了射频电压、补偿电压等参数对离子检测结果的影响规律。

Abstract:The Differential Mobility Spectrometry is a new technology of ion mobility spectrometry, it is widely used for detecting trace chemical substances in recent years. For parameter optimization and improving performance, the ion transmission mechanism should be investigated profoundly. A numerical simulation method is described to study Differential Mobility Spectrometry. Based on Simion software, ion trajectories were simulated in the planar DMS, and the effects of various parameters such as dispersion Voltage and compensation voltage to the results of ion detection were investigated.
