摘    要: 对22SiMn2钢铸坯断裂原因进行了分析,发现断坯部位柱状晶较发达,沿晶分布着较多气孔、裂纹和硫化物、钛化物夹杂,使得铸坯晶界处成为薄弱环节。由于铸坯堆放环境恶劣,反复的升降温使得铸坯内应力得不到充分释放而集中在铸坯晶界处,裂纹沿塑性较差夹杂物扩展,最终导致了铸坯的断裂。研究表明,降低钢水浇铸时过热度,可解决22SiMn2钢铸坯断裂的问题。

Abstract:This paper researches fracture of 22SiMn2 continuous casting slab. The result shows., part of fracture slab is abounding of columnar crystals. There are many gas porosities, crack and inclusions at crystal grain boundaries, which weakens the grain boundaries. Circumstance of slab storage is poor. Variable slabs temperature leads that internal stress can not be fully released and focus at grain boundaries, and cracks are enlarged along inclusions whose ductility is poor. That finally leads to fracture of slab. The low degree of superheat can resolve the fracture of 22SiMn2 slab.
