| 摘 要： | 建立项空进样-气相色谱法测定青贮饲料中乙醇含量的方法。选定顶空样品瓶平衡条件及色谱条件,以正丙醇为内标物,乙醇标准溶液浓度在5μg/mL～100μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性相关,线性方程：y=0.4284x-0.00155,相关系数为0.99999,标准溶液重复测定的RSD为1.72%,检出限为1μg/mL;样品加标回收率在95.33%～102.88%之间,RSD≤3.65%。该方法准确度高、精密度好,可用于青贮中乙醇的测定。

| Abstract: | A method for determination of ethanol in silage by headspace gas chromatography is established.The method used 1-propyl alcohol as the internal standard,the concentration range of ethanol from 5μg/mL~100μg/mL had a good linear relationship,the linear equation was y=0.4284x-0.00155,the correlation coefficient was 0.99999.RSD was 1.72% by testing the standard solution seven times.The detection limit was 1μg/mL.And the reclaim ratio was 95.33%~102.88%,RSD3.65%.The method is precise and sensitive,it can be applied to determine the ethanol in silage. |
