摘    要: 利用金相检验、扫描电镜和断口分析的方法,对探伤不合格的中板进行分析,发现了MnS夹杂物、中心线裂纹和气泡,分析证明,这些缺陷是影响中板探伤不合格的因素。检验还发现中板中心存在异常组织,这使钢的脆性增加,轧制时这些缺陷得以扩展。

Abstract:Metallographic examination, SEM and fracture analysis were used to analyse unqualified medium plate by flaw detection. The results showed that MnS inclusion, crack in center line and bubble were the factors caused the unqualified medium plate. Meanwhile, abnormal structure in the center of medium plate was detected and it increased brittleness of steel and extended the range of defects during rolling process.
