摘    要:2009年6月1日《中华人民共和国食品安全法》正式实施,该法秉承了“从农田到餐桌”的食品安全全程控制理念,推行了一个以监管部门为主、其他部门履行相关职责并相互配合的监管模式,强化了食品生产经营者作为第一责任人的法律地位,引入了食品安全风险评估制度、食品召回制度等风险控制手段,本文就《中华人民共和国食品安全法》的诸多亮点进行了总结和解析,对于食品生产经营者和食品监管部门更好的理解和贯彻落实食品安全法具有极大的参考价值。

Abstract:"The People's Republic of China Food Safety Law" has been put into effect on June 1, 2009 .The law upholds the food safety control concept of "from farm to table" implemented a regulatory mode of close cooperation that is a department to fulfill mail responsibility and other departments to fulfill their responsibilities .The law strengthened the legal statuses of the food producer or trader as the first responsibility and introduced risk control measures of food safety risk assessment system and food recall system .This article summarizes and analyzes lot's highlights on " The People's Republic of China Food Safety Law "and will better help the food producers and food regulators to understand and implement this law.
