摘    要:随着社会的进步和人们环保意识的提高,食品安全成为研究的热点。本文采用动态顶空一气相色谱法测定了快餐店食品包装材料中常见挥发性有机物。方法的检出限为0.01×10 -9 g/cm2~1.59×10-9 g/cm2;空白样品的加标回收率为97.5%~99.7%;相对标准偏差在0.07%~2.77%之间;线性方程的相关系数为0.9998~0.9999;该方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、定量准确、操作简便等优点,在食品及其它领域将得到进一步推广和应用。

Abstract:Along with the development of human society and the improvement of environmental concerns, food safety becomes the hot of investigation. The analytical method of volatile organic components in food packing material has been established using Purge & Trap-Gas Chromatography. Detection limit of this method was 0.01 × 10-9g/cm2 to 1.59× 10-9g/ cm2, the recovery ratios ranged were 97.3% to 99.7%, the RSD value was 0.07% to 2.77%, and the correlation coefficients of the linear coefficients were 0.9998 to 0.9999 for determined several organic solvent. Purge and trap technique has high sensitivity, low detection limit, accurate quantitative analysis and simple operation, it has shown great prospects in food and others.
