低温燃烧法制备超细钒锆蓝陶瓷色料的研究

摘    要:采用低温燃烧法合成了用于制备陶瓷喷墨打印墨水的超细V-ZrSiO4蓝色陶瓷色料。研究了有机燃烧剂乙酸铵的加入量、点火温度及煅烧温度等工艺参数对陶瓷色料的粒度、呈色性能及粒径分布的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度分析仪和色差仪对该陶瓷色料进行了分析。实验结果表明,CH3COONH4、Zr(NO3)4.3H2O与SiO2系统在500℃的点火温度下可以发生自蔓延燃烧合成反应,其反应产物呈疏松粉状;燃烧产物经900℃处理后粉料主要由ZrSiO4组成,得到的陶瓷粉体平均粒径为0.83μm且粒度分布集中,该陶瓷色料入釉烧成后呈色稳定、均匀、发色正常。

Abstract:Ultrafine vanadium-zirconium silicate(V-ZrSiO4) blue ceramic pigment for Ink-Jet printing was synthesized by low-temperature Combustion-Calcination method.The influences of processing parameters,such as the ignition and calcination temperature on the ceramic pigment granularity,color performance and particle size distribution were investigated respectively.The pigments were characterized by XRD,SEM,laser granularity analysis and chromatic aberration.The results indicated that the CH3COONH4,Zr(NO3)4·3H2O and SiO2 agents can be ignited and self-propagating at 500 ℃.However,the main synthesis product powder is porosity.After calcined at 900 ℃,the main phase of the ceramic pigments is ZrSiO4 and it has excellent chromatic performance.The average particle size is about 0.83 μm and its distribution is concentrated.The pigments have high color stability and chemical homogeneity in the glaze.
