摘    要:质量功能配置(QFD)中,客户需求的权重计算是非常重要的环节。将模糊集理论应用到客户需求权重计算中,采用梯形模糊数表示客户需求的评价信息,解决了客户需求信息在权重计算中模糊性不分明性等问题,结合二元语义的理论,解决了信息集结过程中的信息缺失问题,并且运用到多粒度多语义信息一致化处理中。实验验证了梯形模糊数结合二元语义计算客户需求信息权重的可行性。
