傅立叶变换光谱仪现状及其微型化进展

摘    要:本文通过查阅大量的文献与产品信息,总结归纳了目前傅立叶变换光谱仪特别是微型的傅立叶变换光谱仪的结构类型,发展概况与进展。首先概述了时间调制型和空间调制型傅立叶变换光谱仪的基本原理、结构部件、优势缺陷以及研究进展;而后对目前市场上的傅立叶变换光谱仪器产品进行了整理与分析,对各项技术性能指标进行了评述;最后着重对微型傅立叶变换光谱仪的进展作了综述。

Abstract:Through accessing to a lot of documents and products information, this paper summarizes the structure type, general development and progress in the current Fourier transform spectrometer, particularly the micro-Fourier transform spectrometer. This paper first gives an overview of the basic principles, structure and components, advantages and disadvantages as well as research progress of space and time modulation types of Fourier transform spectrometer; then collates and analyzes the information of Fourier transform spectrometer products in the current market, makes a brief comment of the various technical performance indicators, and finally focuses on reviewing the progress of the micro-Fourier transform spectrometer.
