摘    要:为更好地测量材料在二向应力状态下的力学性能,本文通过改造原有拉扭试验机,在系统上增加了伺服电机、电机驱动、拉力传感器、串口通讯等,并将部分代码嵌入到原有程序使整个系统能够正常运行。另外机械部分增加了部分硬件设施以提高实验精度,尽可能大的减少外界因素干扰引起的误差。通过实验证实:改造后的设备能够正常运行,扩大了材料的测量范围。

Abstract:In order to measure the mechanical properties of materials in two-dimensional stress, we modified the original tension-torsion tester. Firstly, we added servo motor, motor drive, force sensor, serial communication, etc into the system, put some program into the original code, so that the whole system can operate normally. Secondly, Mechanical parts added some hardware facilities in order to improve the experiment accuracy and reduce outside interference as largely as possible. The experiments confirmed that the modified machine could operate normally, and enlarge the scope of materials measurement.
