微通道气液柱塞流尾部流场三维实验研究

摘    要:为研究微通道气液柱塞流尾部流场规律,采用三维Micro-PIV可视化技术对微通道气液柱塞流进行实验研究。通过对实验图像处理,绘制出微通道柱塞流气泡尾部区域的三维速度分布图。证实在气泡尾部附近区域的流场具有较大速度,气泡顶端存在滞止点。在气泡尾部区域存在两个对称的方向相反的环流区,增加了微流道在径向上的质量和动量混合。远离气柱尾部的区域,流场为层流,与单相流有类似的抛物线速度分布,即流道中心区域速度大,两边小。在气液界面和壁面之间的流体,运动较复杂,有可能流向气液界面,也有可能流向壁面或者回流。
