双误差在标准曲线回归中的应用

摘    要:标准曲线回归对于样品的测定影响极大,文章充分考虑X、Y的影响,提出双误差的概念,解决了各点不确定度对拟合曲线的影响。以分光光度法测定地下水中亚硝酸根为实例,采用X、Y的相对差,对标准曲线进行双误差回归;利用自主研发的软件可以得到每个响应值对应浓度的不确定度,此外还可得到方法的检出限以及方法的检测范围。

Abstract:Standard curve regression is important in the measurement of sample. Double errors of X and Y was introduced to resolve the effect of uncertainty for every point on regression.Took determination of nitrite in underground water by spectrophotometry for example, the concept of double errors by the relative error of X and Y in the course of standard curve regression was introduced. It can get the uncertainty of corresponding concentration of every response, detection limit and the detection range of the method to apply the software developed by oneself .
