摘    要: 对齿轮钢钢材锯切下料时遇到的锯切障碍现象进行了系统的分析,认为引起这种现象的原因是钢材的局部区域存在着比较多的大颗粒硬质夹杂物,导致了该区域的硬度升高。

Abstract:Systemic analysis was carried out on phenomena that obstruction of saw splitting in cutting gear-steel.As the result reasons for its phenomena were found that there were bigger size and rigid inclusions in part area of the steel and thus raised hardness of that part of the steel.
