普通高层住宅集中排烟(风)道问题调查研究

通过问卷对部分建筑和暖通设计师对于住宅厨房、卫生间集中式通风道排风系统的设计情况进行了分析和总结,并参考对高层住宅用户进行的排风效果问卷调查结果,分析总结产生不良排风效果的原因。建筑师按照图集直接选用集中排风道的设计程序不能够满足保证排风质量的需要,高层建筑集中排风道普遍存在风道面积小,各层支管干扰严重的不利因素,所以产生了排风量的严重不足,各层串风倒灌的现象也较为严重。要保证良好的排风效果,建议要在结合建筑功能要求下由专业通风设计人员对排风道进行详细的设计计算。

Survey on Central Exhaust Duct System in High-rise Residential Building
