插头插座在不同接触电阻时的火灾危险性

摘    要:为了确定插头插座在不同接触电阻情况下的火灾危险性,选用了常用的额定电流分别为10A和16A的两种插头插座,研究在不同的接触电阻条件下以及在相同的接触电阻下通过不同电流时插头插座的升温情况。实验发现:在接触电阻增大时,16A插头插座的火灾危险性要大于10A的插头插座;在接触电阻不变时,增大流过插头插座的电流,升温速度会加快,最高温度也会明显提高,火灾危险性增加;在增大接触电阻的同时加大电流,温度会上升得更加明显,插头插座破坏加重,火灾危险性也更大。

Abstract:In order to determining the fire risk of plug and receptacle in different connecting resistance,the plugs rated 10 A and 16 A are used to study the temperature rising in the different contacting resistance and current.Factors that influence temperature rising are discussed and the fire risk of the plugs is analyzed too.According to the result of the experiment,we found that when high resistance present,plug rated 16 A has bigger fire risk than plug rated 10 A.If contacting resistance unchangeable,the temperature grows up more quickly when large current flowed through the plug and receptacle thus has more fire risk.When the plug and the receptacle poor connected(with a bigger connecting resistance) and overload at the same time,the temperature will rise more rapidly thus has more fire risk.
