金属表面原位摩擦自修复陶瓷涂层的机理研究

摘    要:在金属表面涂覆一层一定配比的超细硅酸盐陶瓷粉末材料和催化剂,经金属表面间的速摩擦作用制备了陶瓷涂层,并通过TEM、SEM等浏试手段研究了陶瓷涂层的成分分布及组织结构,分析了陶瓷涂层的形成机理。

Abstract:Certain percentage of the powdered silicate ceramic material and catalyst were put on the metal surface and prepared the ceramic coating by the metal surface speedy friction impact. The ceramic coating composition and microstructure were studied by TEM , SEM and etc. and the formation mechanism of the ceramic coating was analysed.
