摘    要:用氧-乙炔焰热喷焊工艺制备了Ni-Al2O3复合涂层,研究了Al2O3粉末的加入量对涂层组织和性能的影响,结果表明,Al2O3质量分数为0.5%时,涂层的耐磨性最好,与Ni基-25%WC复合涂层的耐磨性相当,生产成本大大降低。

Abstract:The composite coating reinforced by Al 2O 3 ceramics powder was prepared by O 2 C 2H 2 thermal spray weld.The influences of mass ratio of Al 2O 3 on structure and property were studied.The results show that composite coating with 0.5% Al 2O 3 have the best abrasive resis tance which is equal to that of the coating with 25% WC.So the fabrication cost would decrease greatly.
