科研合同管理系统的设计与实现

结合某单位科研合同管理系统研制的工作实际，论述了当前科研管理的特定环境下开发科研合同管理信息系统中存在的若干关键问题，给出用快速原型法与其它方法和工具组结合的解决方案，并简要阐述了研制过程中采用的主要科学理论、技术手段和方法，同时提出以对今后管理的信息系统工作方式改进的设想。

Design and Realization of Scientific Research Contract Administration System

Combining the actual working practice carried out by a department for development of scientific research contract administration system, this article analyzes some key issues existing in the development of scientific research contract administration information system under the specific conditions of present scientific research administration, puts forward the solution combining the rapid antetype technique as well as other methods and tools, briefly illustrates the main scientific theory, technical measures and methods utilized in the research process, and finally renders the proposals for the future development of working mode of administration information system. ;;
