摘    要:Si1000是一款集微处理器和收发模块于一体的射频芯片,和现有大多数工作在2.45GHz的收发模块相比,Si1000功耗低、传输距离远,在无线数据传输方面有着良好的应用前景.本文分析了Si1000的低功耗性能、内部结构和围绕该芯片的传感器节点构成,指出了节点射频前端电路设计中应注意的问题.以半双工通信为例,给出了应用程序的设计和实现通信的方法.实地测试表明,Si1000芯片构成的节点,在对数据传输速率要求不高的情况下,能够较好地满足节点间远距离通信的需要.
