尤里卡沥青燃烧和制粉特性的试验研究及应用

摘    要:介绍了尤里卡沥青的燃烧和制粉特性的研究。通过其在S02.300型试验磨煤机和一维火焰炉上实现实际磨煤机和锅炉中的运行条件,并利用试验设备的燃料适应性强、试验条件灵活多变的特点,指出了尤里卡沥青在不同工况下的燃烧特性和制粉特性,并借助有关流动和相似理论,把有关参数移植到工业设备中,同时还介绍了尤里卡沥青在HG—220/100—10型锅炉中掺烧应用的经验。

Abstract:The researches in pitch combustion and coal pulverized characteristicsare introduced. Using the performance condition of the boil and boiler realized inSo2. 300 model test mill and one-dimensienal flame furnace and the characteristics oftest facility and test condition,the characteristics of combustion and coal pulverization at different test conditions are given. With the help of flow and analogue theory,some related parameters are grafted to industrial equipment. The experience ofpitch combustion in HG-220-/100-10 boiler is also introduced.
