摘    要:受系统凹陷特征和设备自身电压耐受能力不确定性的影响,对电压凹陷引起的敏感设备故障进行评估存在困难。系统凹陷严重程度取决于系统内故障位置、类型等因素,设备的电压扰动承受能力与设备结构、功能、运行状态等因素有关。基于不确定性理论,分别用随机变量和模糊变量描述系统凹陷特征和设备电压耐受能力的不确定性,提出了一种敏感设备电压凹陷敏感度的随机-模糊评估方法。以IEEE-30节点系统连接PC机为例进行了仿真,并与随机模拟结果进行了比较,结果表明文中的评估方法能较好地反映实际情况,评估准确性高,有一定的理论价值和较好的工程应用前景。

Abstract:Affected by both power system voltage sag features and the uncertainty of voltage tolerance capability of equipment, there are difficulties in the evaluation of sensitive equipment failures caused by voltage sag. The severity of system voltage sag depends on many factors such as fault positions and fault types inside power system, and the voltage disturbance tolerance capability of equipment depends on the structure, function and operating condition of the equipment. Based on the uncertainty theory, this paper described the features of system voltage sag and the uncertainty of voltage tolerance capability of the equipment by stochastic variables and fuzzy variables, respectively, a stochastic-fuzzy method to evaluate voltage sag sensitivity of sensitive equipment is proposed. The simulation of the proposed method is performed on a personal computer connected on the IEEE-30 bus system, and the results are compared with the results of stochastic simulation. Comparison results show that the proposed method can reflect actual condition better and their evaluation result is accurate.
