摘    要:为获得易造粒,产量高,成球率高,颗粒圆整度好的优质产品,根据生产复混肥原料的粘结性不同,吸湿点、溶解度的差异,不同原料间的配伍性,并结合多年的生产经验,介绍在复混肥配方中应如何把握物料的适度粘性,沙性物料的适度比例,提高物料吸湿点的方法,干燥物料的适度用量等.最后介绍15-15-15规格复混肥的配方实例.

Abstract:In the production of compound fertilizers, some essential factors such as the viscosity of raw materials, hygroscopic point, solubility, the compatibility among different substances, must be taken into account for easy manufacture and high quality product. Together with the author own experience for many years, the attaining of a mixture of raw materials with desired viscosity, the calculation of the portion of sandy materials and special additives for drying section, and the improving of hygroscopic point of product are discussed. Finally, a practical formula of 15-15-15 is exemplified.
