马钢铁水脱硫工艺实践

摘    要:简介了马钢三炼钢厂1号脱硫站技术装备和主要工艺参数,对影响脱硫率的各种因素进行了分析。在铁水初始w(S)为0.010%~0.030%情况下,采用石灰、镁复合脱硫,脱硫率可达80%以上。并提出了三钢铁水脱硫站目前存在的问题及解决这些问题的相关建议。

Abstract:The technical equipments and main process parameters for the No. 1 Desulphurization Station of the No. 3 Steel Plant are introduced briefly and various factors affecting the desulphurization analyzed. Desulphurization rate of about 80% can be achieved by means of lime and magnesium complex as the desulphurizer under the circumstances of the 0.01% to 0.03% of initial sulphur content in hot metal. The problems currently existing in the Desulphurization Station and solutions are put forward.
