电动装置测试系统的研究及实现

摘    要:基于ARM单片机和CPLD,研制开发了电动执行装置测试系统,该系统可以精确测量电动执行装置的转速、堵转转矩、最大和最小控制转矩等重要参量,并通过485总线实现与上住机的通讯,下位机实现了测试数据的打印、显示。同时,给出了力矩标定的算法及转速、力矩的测试流程。

Abstract:A Electric Performance Device Detecting System was developed based on ARM and CPLD. The system can test the parameters including rotate speed,blocked up torque ,controlled torque,etc,with high precision. 485 Bus was used to communicate with the centre host computer, printing and data displaying were realized . The arithmetic about torque demarcation as well as the testing flow of rotate speed and torque were presented.
