| 摘 要： | 在拜尔法氧化铝生产过程中,Na2CO3会对溶出、分离沉降、分解、蒸发工序产生不利影响。用母液化灰的形式添加石灰可减少石灰中未分解的CaCO3反苛化生成的Na2CO3进入拜尔法生产流程,可优化生产技术指标,改善设备状况。

| Abstract: | In the course of alumina production using the Bayer Process, a certain amount of Na2CO3 in liquor is detrimental to ore digestion, solid-liquid separation of digested slurry and evaporation of sodium aluminate liquor. Consequently an technological innovation was introduced to the effect that the recycled liquor is used to decompose lime instead of current practice of adding lime with ore to grinding mills with the result of obvious decrease of Na2CO3 content in process liquor,and in turn, improvemnt of technological performances and operational efficiency of some main equipment. |
