| 鼻内镜下微波治疗变应性鼻炎49例 |

| 摘 要： | 目的研究鼻内镜微波热凝手术治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法采用鼻内窥镜下微波进行下鼻甲等5个敏感点热凝49例,术后定期复查,随访1年,对手术方法及疗效进行了评价分析。结果49例均行一次手术,术后1年总有效率71.4%。结论鼻内窥镜下微波治疗变应性鼻炎是行之有效的方法之一,有较好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of treatment of allegic rhinitis used endoscopic with microwave.Methods Used microwave treatment in turbinectomy in five sensitive points in 49 patients,and observed the effect within one year.Results After only once operation,the total effective was 71.4%.Conclusion The method of using endoscopic with microwave in operation in allergic rhinitis is practical. |
