| 摘 要： | 结合山西省电力公司营销信息化系统的实践,阐述“数据集中、应用分层、统一网络、专业管理”信息化建设的基本原则。从正反两个方面论述了数据大集中的优缺点,提出了数据集中的发展趋势必将促进管理体制的集约化,符合国网建设“一强三优”现代公司的发展方向。

| Abstract: | In light of the practice of power supply marketing MIS,the article explains the basic principle of"centralized data,hierarchical application,unified network,specialized management" in information construction;and the advantages and disadvantages of data centralization on a large scale from both positive and negative aspects,and points out that the trend of data centralization will undoubtedly contribute to the intensified managerial system,which is in line with the development direction of state grid corporation of China in construction of a modern company with"strong power grid,excellent assets service & performance". |
