| Abstract: | In this paper, the data flow process which is in the communication network management of Beiling Power-Supplying Department is analysed, and then the design approch for the whole system is proposed. The functions of each modular implemented with microcomputer are also introduced. Finally, the characteristics of this system and the key technique adopted in this system have been briefly described. |
