| 摘 要： | 通过口服给药法研究了白首乌C21总甾甙对S180腹水瘤的抑制作用，并与腹腔注射给药法进行了对比。实验结果表明，腹腔注射给药法能够显著延长荷S180小鼠的寿命，但口服给药法只表现出延长荷S180小鼠寿命的倾向，却没有统计学意义。

| Abstract: | Anti-tumor activity of C 21 general steroidal glycosides to S 180 ascites tumor is studied respectively by medicating mice orally and intraperitoneally and the comparison of the two results is conducted.Experimental results indicate that intraperitoneal injection of the general glycosides can lengthen the life-span of S 180 ascites tumor-loaded mice while the life-span of those mice who took the general glycosides orally is not markedly affected. |
