智慧城市创建实践

住房和城乡建设部以“智慧地推进新型城镇化建设”为目标，于2012年底启动了国家智慧城市试点工作。目前，两批共193个不同区域不同种类的市、区、镇，覆盖华东、华南、华中、华北、西北、西南和东北地区，其中华东地区试点城市数量最多，占总量的30％以上，西北、西南地区相对较少。在智慧城市项目建设方面，智慧管理与服务类的项目数量最多，江苏、山东、湖南和安徽等省已启动的项目较多，上海、江苏、贵州和四川4地项目启动率较高。在智慧城市标准化研究方面，引导指标（SCGI）、技术标准（SCTS）和评价指标（SCEI）的研究都已开展。

Smart City Practice

Mohurd started the pilot work of Smart City in 2012, in order to accelerate new urbanization smartly. At present, two patchs together have 193 cities （including town, district） from different regions, covering southern China, east China, central China, north China, northwest, southwest and northeast China. The amount of pilot cities in east China is maximum, accounted for more than 30% of the total, meanwhile the number of pilot cities in southwest and northwest is relatively few. In the aspect of project construction, the number of projections focusing on management and service of Smart City is maximum, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hunan and Anhui province are the top four which have started most projects. The studies of standardization of Smart City in Smart City Guiding Indicators （SCGI）, Smart City Technical Standard （SCTS）and Smart City Evaluation Indicators （SCEI）have been carried out.
