欧洲政府云计算应用在全球整体领先,绝大多数欧洲国家政府已经关注并使用云计算,其中英国、法国和西班牙政府云计算应用相对成熟。安全是欧洲政府部署云计算时最为关注和担忧的问题,目前,欧洲政府更多采用私有云模式部署云计算,利用云计算处理的业务也主要集中为机构非关键业务。建立统一的政府云计算战略和应用规范将有助于推动欧洲国家政府安全部署云计算。

Cloud Computing Applications and Development Research for European Governments

European governments are in the van of global government institutions in cloud computing applications. Most European governments have been paying close attention to cloud computing as well as been using it, while British, French and Spanish governments are relatively more mature in using cloud computing. Security is the biggest worry when European governments deploying cloud computing, and when using cloud computing, European governments are more apt to use private cloud deployment model and to solve non-critical business. To develop an European government cloud computing strategy and the cloud computing using framework can promote European governments securely deploy governmental clouds.
