驻地网共建共享建设模式探索

通过和台州3家电信运营商协调,将共建共享的方式引入到驻地网建设中,制定了共用驻地网资源的建设方案;同时,编制了一套建设、开通、维护的流程,签订了《驻地网共享共建合作备忘录》等保障措施。使得驻地网共建共享合作建设规范化、制度化,并得到了长期稳定的实施。

To Explore the Co-construction and Sharing of CPN Construction

Taizhou branch of China Unicom actively coordinates other telecommunication operators to push the co-con- struction and sharing of CPN construction, and constituting construction scheme of co-construction and sharing CPN re- source, and compiling procedures which is about the construction, debug, maintenance of CPN. Based on the above mea- sures, Taizhou branch of China Unicorn and the other telecommunication operators sign a memorandum which is about the co-construction and sharing CPN resource. Based on implementation of these measures, the co-construction and shar- ing of CPN construction in Taizhou is increasingly standardization, institutionalized, and can be long-termed, stably im- plemented.
