摘    要:HD4—88H井是塔里木油田哈得地区的一口水平井。该井裸眼段长,钻遇地层复杂。上部地层起下钻易出现挂卡和泥包钻头,下部地层三叠系、二叠系和石炭系地层微裂缝发育,大段的火成岩中夹杂泥岩,存在严重剥蚀、坍塌掉块井段,易发生阻卡、泥包、井塌掉块等复杂情况。针对不同井段的实际情况,确定采用聚合物.聚磺钻井液体系,并制订了相应的维护调整措施,顺利完成了施工任务。现场应用结果表明,该体系与其它处理剂配伍性好,具有较强的抑制性、防塌性,携砂能力强,润滑性好,满足了哈得地区复杂地层的施工要求。

Abstract:Well HD4-88H was a horizontal well in Hade Region of Tarim Oilfield. The open hole portion is long, and the formation is complex. Bit freezing and bailed bit may happen when tripping in upper formation. There are many microfractures in lower P and C formation. There is large mudstone in the long section of igneous rock. There are denudation section and cavey formation. The logy incident, bit bailing and hole sloughing may happen in this section. To this section, polymer-polysulfonate drilling fluid system is applied, the maintenance and adjusting procedure is worked out. The construction is finished successfully. Field applications showed that the drilling fluid had such advantages as good compatibility with other additives, better inhibition and sloughing control ability, better cuttings transportation and lubricity , and better formation protection results. It was suitable for using in drilling of the complicated formations in Hade area.
