| 摘 要： | 分析了大型建设项目集成化管理中存在的问题,考虑到国家法律法规及部门规范等约束条件,建立了结构分解体系的划分准则数学模型和基于信息交互的多个项目结构分解体系的数学模型。在参考国内外各种项目编码原则的基础上,提出了统一的编码方案并进行了案例研究。

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed the problems related to large construction project integration management. And then, they established two mathematical models, i.e. project breakdown structure criteria(PBSC) and information transfering-oriented multi-project breakdown structure systems (MPBSS) considering constraints such as laws, rules and criteriaconstituted by government and departments. Furthermore, based on national and international project coding rules, an united coding method is proposed. Finally, a case study is given. |
