| 摘 要： | 采用二次离子质谱（ SIMS）对钢铁厂平炉尘单颗粒物（ 20μ m以下）进行分 析研究，鉴别其中的无机和有机成分。从分析结果可以看出该平炉尘中含有多种金属元素 ( 包括稀土元素 )和多环芳烃系列（ PAHS）。本文拟对颗粒物中氟化物的存在状态进行了初 步探讨。

Analysis on Individual Particulate of Iron and Steel Plant Dust by Secondary IonMass Spectroscope |

| Abstract: | The individual particles of steel plant dust collected by a low－ pressure impactor on aluminum foils ware analyzed by secondary ion mass s pectroscope (SIMS). A series of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), fluorid e and many inorganic elements, including some rare earth elements, in the indiv idual particle of steel plant dust has been distinguished. |
