摘    要:通过试验研究,建立了顶空-毛细柱气相色谱法测定水中苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、苯乙烯、异丙苯的检测方法.本研究对平衡时间、水浴温度等进行了优化选择,并通过选用elite-wax色谱柱,使难以分离的间二甲苯、对二甲苯、苯乙烯、邻二甲苯得到了较好的分离.结果表明:苯系物各组分线性方程的相关性良好,其检出限为0.28~0.77,μg/L,平均回收率在89.5%~109.6%之间.该方法准确、快捷、线性范围广,满足饮用水和地表水中低浓度挥发性苯系物的测定.

Abstract:Through experimental study,this paper proposes the test method of measuring eight volatile benzene series compounds in water by headspace-gas chromatography.This paper carries out optimal selection on the water bath temperature and equilibrium time.Through using chromatographic column Elite-wax,the m-xylene,p-xylene,cinnamene,and ortho-xylene are effectively separated.The results show that the correlation of linear equation for BTEX is fine,the detection limit is 0.28~0.77 μg/L,the average recovery rates lie in the range of 89.5%~109.6%.This method is accurate,quick with a wide linear range,and it is suitable for measuring low or moderate concentration BTEX in drinking water and surface water.
