| Abstract: | Progress and cost control directly affect economic benefits of the construction company that undertakes a project,and project subcontracting has close relation to such control.The necessity of project subcontracting is analyzed through elaboration on project subcontracting and overview on current subcontracting situation.It discusses how an enterprise subcontracts a project effectively in the course of construction management by taking the construction of Qiaogong hydropower station as an example. |
