| 摘 要： | 首先分析了扫描工程图纸的特征，提出了一种基于游程编码的图像压缩方法，然后给出了该方法具体的算法及实现，最后通过实验比较了该方法与其他方法的压缩效果，实验结果表明该方法较其他方法更适合于扫描工程图纸的压缩。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the character in scan engineering drawings and the problem of the compression method, it presents a RLE- based image encoding arithmetic and the implementation of the process. Compared the described arithmetic with other methods, the results indicate this method adapts to the compression of scan engineering drawings rather than others. |
