摘    要:为了提高建筑项目信息化建设中大量数据交互的准确性与稳定性,解决设计与施工等各专业系统之间的协同作业能力不足等突出问题,基于BIM与3DGIS技术,利用REVIT API结合C#.Net语言,实现BIM到3DGIS的转化,自主研发城建信息化平台。该平台有三维审图、文档与系统权限管理、属性查询、日照分析等功能,具有便捷、高效率等优势。该平台实现了城市大场景的快速显示和建筑精细化共存,以及建筑项目科学化、信息化、高效化、智能化管理,促进了智慧城市的发展,具有广阔的工程应用前景。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy and stability of mass data interactions in the construction of information projects,and to solve the outstanding problems of the lack of collaborative work ability between professional systems such as design and construction,the urban construction information platform was independently developed based on BIM and 3DGIS technology by using the REVIT API combined with the C#.Net to realize the transformation from BIM to 3DGIS.The platform had 3D review,document and system authority management,attribute query,shadow analysis and other functions,and it had the advantages of convenience and high efficiency.The platform realized rapid display of urban big scenes and reciprocal coexistence of buildings,and achieved the scientific,informational,efficient and intelligent management of construction projects,which promoted the development of smart cities with a broad engineering application prospect.
