摘    要:本文主要就引起铵型无汞纸板电池贮存期穿孔的因素进行了研究和分析,只有控制好电液的处理工艺,熔锌及BiCl_3浆层纸等方面的工艺管理工作,才能确保铵型无汞电池在贮存期内毛穿孔现象发生。

Abstract:The main factors causing corrosion in ammonium chloride mercury-free paperlined battery during the storage were analyzed. The corrosion could be protected by controlling the process management for the purification of electrolytic solution ,zinc melting and BiCl3 coated paper.
