| Abstract: | Mental and political work is the fine tradition of the Chinese Communist Party as well as the lifeline of all the work.In the new situation of promoting harmonious enterprises,bringing mental and political work into active play in developing enterprises requires strengthening four functions,namely direction,stimulation,regulation and control and cohesion. |
