摘    要:面对国际市场激烈的竞争,核心能力是酒类企业竞争优势的根源和价值增长的保证,酒类企业必须有自己的核心能力,从而形成特有的竞争优势。分析了酒类企业文化的内涵及其与酒类企业核心能力的关系,并在此基础上探讨了针对提升酒类企业核心能力的企业文化营造思路和企业文化建设战略。

Abstract:Facing the fierce competition in international market, wine-making enterprises must have their own core competence because core competence is the source to ensure the competitive advantates and the value growth of enterprises. In this paper, the relations between enterprise culture and enterprise core competence were analyzed. Furthermore, the strategies of improving enterprise core competence and building enterprise culture were put forward.
