| 摘 要： | 随着人们环保意识的加强,钻井废弃物的处理问题越来越受到关注。无污染钻井液、固相处理、钻井废弃物的回收利用等方面的研究也越来越深入。但单纯从治理的角度解决钻井废弃物的管理问题比较被动,处理成本很高。为此引入了钻井废弃物全过程管理的概念,从源头做起对钻井作业各阶段的管理方法进行探讨,建立了一种钻井废弃物全过程管理体系。从钻井废弃物管理方案设计的依据入手,对施工中钻井废弃物进行了定量分析,并建立了层级管理方案。现场应用结果表明:该体系通过统筹考量生产作业绩效与环境绩效,平衡环境保护和企业发展的关系,实现了经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的统一。 |
