青岛城市电网规划国际咨询

山东电力集团公司青岛城市电网规划国际咨询项目小组,在英国不列颠电力国际公司BPI(British Power International Ltd)对青岛城市电网规划进行了国际咨询。这次咨询取得了良好的效果。主要介绍这次国际咨询的背景、目的和过程;概括介绍了BPI形成的咨询报告内容、中方的工作成果及对《城市电网规划和规划设计导则》的修改建议;介绍了这次咨询在规划理念、思路、方法、管理方面的收获和建议等。

International Consultation on Qindao Urban Distribution Planning

This Paper was attributed to the International consultancy project for Qindao Urban Distribution Planning implemented by Shandong Electric Power!Corporation(SEPCO)on behalf of the State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC).First this paper introduces the background,aim and procedure of this international consultation.Then this paper briefly introduces the main contents of consultation report written by BPI,the achievements got by Chinese side working group and the suggestions on amending "the Code of Planning and Design of Urban Electric Networks".Last this paper introduces the conclusions of the international consultancy project on three areas as the approaches and principles,essential technical considerations,as well as planning management and means for urban distribution planning.
