数字多用表自动化测试系统

本文在深入研究计量校准领域中智能仪表的原理及功能的基础上,设计了一套用于校准智能式数字多用表的自动测试系统,系统的开发以数字多用表检定规程为依据,并将电流、电压、电阻等多种项目的校准合并在同一软件中,可以根据被校准表的规格型号选择不同的检定规程,可操作性强,适应性好。该系统实现了对数字多用表的自动校准.为企业智能式数字多用表的自动测试系统的研究提供了借鉴。

System of automatic measurement of digital multi-meter

In this paper,the theory and function of the intellectual measuring appliance of the measurement calibration field had been lucubrated.On the base of that,an automatic test system used for calibrating the intellectual digital multi- meter was designed,the development of the system is according to the measurement rules of digital multi-purpose meter, and this software includes many kinds of calibrating projects such as electric current,voltage and resistance.Different ex- amination rules can be chosen according to the specification type that is to he examined,with strong maneuverability and high adaptability.This system has realized the automatic calibrating of the digital multi-purpose instrument and can be used as reference for the research of automatic test system of the intellectual digital multi-purpo~ meter for the enterprises.
