柱形弹侵彻靶板剩余速度的有限元分析

摘    要:为深入研究弹丸侵彻靶板后的剩余速度以提高战伤仿真精度,采用正交试验设计方法和有限元软件LS-DYNA,进行了不同弹速、靶厚、攻角等条件下柱形弹侵彻低碳钢靶板的仿真试验;通过试验条件参数与结果数据的方差分析,得出了各相关因素对剩余速度影响作用的主次顺序;利用试验数据,对THOR方程进行了修正,提出了相应公式。

FEA of Remaining Velocity of Cylindrical Projectile Penetrating Target
Abstract:In order to study the remaining velocity of projectile penetrating target to improve the precision of battle damage simulation,a series of simulation experiments of cylindrical projectile penetrating low-carbon target under various velocity of projectile,thickness of target and angle of attack were carried out by orthogonal experimental design method and LS-DYNA.The effect of each correlative factor was sorted by ANOVA of experimental condition parameters and result data.The THOR formula was modified by experimental data and the reciprocal equation was brought forth.
